ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY 11TH FEBRUARY 2010 ATTHE ST MARGARET'S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH Drinks will be served at 7.00pm and the meeting will begin promptly at 7.30pm AGENDA

Hon Chairman's oprning remarks and introduction of committee and guests. Last year's AGM Minutes. Hon Treasurer's Report. Smera Annual Report. Nomination and election of the new Committee Members. Guest Speaks, Mr Serge Lourie, Leader of the Council, will give a brief talk on the key challenges facing the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames in 2010 and beyond. That will be followed by questions from residents. Any other business: please advise Andrew Latham by Tuesday 9th February 2010 if you have a question to ask at the Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will close promptly at 9.00pm

We would like to receive as many £5 per household Smera annual subscriptions at this meeting as possible. The committee will do their best to call on everybody within the boundaries of the St Margaret's Estate Residents Association who cannot come to this AGM so as to bring our membership fully up to date. Please help by handing in your subscription as you come in.
